Crow author Colleen Farwell read from her new children’s book, “I Will Carry You”. The personal reading was held in the Ionkwakiokwaro:ron lobby on Monday, December 9th.
Farwell is a mother of six Mohawk/Crow children and the book reflects on the deepest love a mother has for her child, with beautiful illustrations by Eleanor Grosch. She was invited to share her work as part of the Saint Regis Mohawk Education Division’s Literacy Night. Farwell book is available at iwillcarryyouchildrensbook.com.
