Missing Akwesasne Ironworker Found in NYC City Morgue

This photo was posted to Facebook as family members hoped to locate Chuck and put out awareness that he was considered missing.

Akwesasne resident and Union Ironworker Charles “Chuck” Cook reportedly went missing in New York City on or about April 14th, 2016.  Assisted by NY/NJ investigators, Mr. Cook was found at a NYC morgue on April 26th, 2016.  Details of Mr. Cook’s death are not available at this time.

Mr. Cook was boomed out for work in the NYC/NJ area, and was last seen after work on April 14th, leaving with bosses for an after work drink.  Roommates of Cook reported that his car and belonging hadn’t been touched in nearly two weeks.

The family of Charles Cook have made arrangements to bring him home to begin his final journey.  More details to follow after arrangements for the late Mr. Charles “Chuck” Cook become available.
